For an easy breakfast or everyday option, start with bird’s nest congee or shelf-stable foods. Choose freshly stewed bird’s nest or fish maw for a chilled format, or explore Ejiao cake, Polygonatum fruit and fish maw cake for convenient snacks. Select according to taste, format and ingredients.
精燉燕窩和燕窩粥有甚麼不同？｜What is the difference between freshly stewed bird’s nest and bird’s nest congee?
精燉燕窩以燕窩本身及鮮燉體驗為主；燕窩粥則更接近日常早餐、輕食或點心，食用更方便。
Freshly stewed bird’s nest focuses on the bird’s nest itself, while bird’s nest congee is designed as a convenient breakfast, light meal or snack.
花膠奶凍和花膠膏怎麼選？｜How do I choose between fish maw milk pudding and fish maw paste?
花膠奶凍保留花膠口感，冷食較有彈性，溫熱後更柔軟；花膠膏質地細滑，可直接享用，也可搭配牛奶或粥品。實際配料請以產品頁及包裝為準。
Fish maw milk pudding keeps more of the fish maw texture—firmer when chilled and softer when warmed. Fish maw paste has a smooth texture and may be enjoyed on its own or with milk or congee. Please check the product page and package for ingredients.
哪些產品需要冷藏？｜Which products need refrigeration?
鮮燉及標示為冷藏的產品，收到後請立即冷藏；常溫產品未開封時請置於陰涼乾燥處。開封後的保存方式與食用期限，請依包裝標示。
Freshly stewed and chilled products should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Store unopened shelf-stable products in a cool, dry place. After opening, follow the storage and use-by instructions on the package.
燕窩和花膠可以加熱嗎？｜Can bird’s nest and fish maw be warmed?
燕窩可直接享用或隔水溫熱；花膠可冷食，也可按喜好溫熱。使用微波爐前，請移除錫紙或金屬蓋，並只使用標示可微波的容器。
Bird’s nest may be enjoyed chilled or gently warmed in a water bath. Fish maw may be served chilled or warmed. Remove foil or metal lids before microwaving, and only use containers marked microwave-safe.
